Originally built as a neoclassical home in 1920 — a wedding gift for a young couple — the house became a symbol of intellectual life, family heritage, and cultural evolution in the heart of Athens.
For decades, the home witnessed the rhythms of Greek life: from academic pursuits and family milestones to the echoes of historical change — war, political shifts, and urban renewal. In 1980, the original house was replaced by a modern structure, marking a new era for the address.
Today, more than 40 years later, Urban Liv Athens breathes new life into this meaningful location. The building has been fully renovated to offer stylish apartments, modern amenities, and spaces designed for both privacy and community. With respect for the past and a vision for the future, we invite residents — students, travelers, and professionals — to be part of this new chapter.
